To enable services on this website, e.g. Equipment Hire.

Payments
Payments for services or products can be made by credit card, debit card,
cheque, cash or electronic payment (BACS).
We do not store or keep any credit card or debit card details (or any other
financial details) once a transaction has been completed. All financial details
are deleted/destroyed.
Delivery Policy
Delivery dates and times will be agreed on at the time of booking Hire Equipment.
Delivery and collection or Hired Equipment is usually free, unless stated
otherwise as per Terms and conditions.
When applicable, a delivery fee will be agreed on when arranging the hire
contract.
At present we only cover the North West of England. A Delivery fee will apply
for areas outside the North West.
Refunds and Returns
Deposits are refunded in full in accordance to our Terms and Conditions.
i.e. When Equipment is not lost or damaged.
A full refund will also be given should Hired Equipment fail during a Hire
contract or if Impala Hire is unable to replace the faulty or damaged Hired
equipment before the commencement of a presentation.
Should a booking change once a transaction is completed, we will offer a full
refund and agree on a new transaction for the correct amount.
Bookings cancelled at short notice may incur a cancellation fee as per our
Terms and Conditions.
How we use cookies
